On the occasion of the edition of the FuoriSalone 2023, we went to visit the "INTERNI Design Re-evolution" event with the installations in the cloister of the Università Statale di Milano.

LA MACCHINA IMPOSSIBILE by Piero Lissoni for Sanlorenzo

An installation commissioned by Sanlorenzo to Piero Lissoni, interprets the company’s path towards carbon neutrality.

The entire structure rests on a backlit platform that enhances its mechanism made of propellers and serrated wheels.

These move thanks to a new application of the fuel cell methanol to hydrogen tecnology that Sanlorenzo is developing through an exclusive partnership with Siemens Energy.

This innovation represents the first concrete step in the supply of carbon-neutral power from new-generation fuels (e-methanol and bio-methanol) in the entire yachting industry.

For over 60 years, Sanlorenzo has been producing high-quality, strictly tailor-made motoryachts, the result of a combination of craftsmanship, design and the most advanced technologies.

Consistent with the mother company’s vision, Bluegame is developing BGH, a tender exclusively powered by hydrogen, with zero emissions, the maximum expression of sustainability.

BGH has been chosen by the New York Boat Club as the “Chase Boat” to “American Magic” challenger at the 37th America’s Cup in Barcelona, 2024.
