Cocktail BOTTEGA Spritz - Gabriella Ruggieri & partners

 

Cocktail Bottega Spritz.
 
Ingredients:
- 50ml (2 parts) Bottega Limoncino
- 75ml (3 parts) Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC
- sprig of mint 
- half slice of lemon 
- 25ml (1 part) Soda Water 
- ice cubes
 
Method
fill a large long-stemmed wine glass with ice cubes. Pour in Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC, Bottega Limoncino, soda water and stir well. Garnish with half-slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. 
 
Match with canapés topped off with sauce Tsarina:
melt a knob of butter in a pan. Add smocked salmon. Flambé with a splash of vodka. Add 3 tablespoon of fresh cream. Add a bit of pepper.
Spread the sauce obteined on toasted bread. Garnish with 1 mint leaf.

Cocktail TASSONI bartenders challenge at Villa Necchi Campiglio - Milan - Gabriella Ruggieri & partners

 

Cedral Tassoni  (an all-Italian company founded in 1793 in Salò, Brescia)

Villa Necchi Campiglio (A magnificent treasure of art and architecture in the centre of Milan. The Villa was built by Piero Portaluppi between 1932 and 1935 for the family of Angelo Campiglio, his wife Gigina Necchi and his sister-in-law Nedda. The residence, donated to FAI by the two sisters, Gigina e Nedda, in 2001, opened to the public in 2008 after restoration works; it has become a house museum aimed at re-introducing to the public the work of Piero Portaluppi, its designer)

2nd Daniele Cicolari (Sheraton Diana Majestic in Milan) cocktail Tassoni Summer Flower

3rd Angelo Carpentieri (barman freelance) Ritmo Fiat

Ingredients:

1/10 Cedral Tassoni; 4/10 Gin Mare; 5/10 Aperol; Top Cedrata Tassoni; Lemon sorbet; Peel of citrus fruits.

Method: add all ingredients into a glass sugar bowl.

Garnish with peel of citrus fruits, spray the essential oils of the cedar fruit peel, flambè a little bit of cinnamon, add a botanical bouquet. Match with a lemon sorbet.
